So It Begins.

So I finally started my Form 6 classes last week after a lenghty delay. I'm taking Physics, Chemistry, Pure Mathematics & General Paper ( Pengajian AM ). To my surprise, I found out many students from other school are enrolling at Taman S.E.A. Most of them are from Damansara Jaya, Kelana Jaya and Sri Permata. They seem pretty nice folks. J

Anyway, here's a short summary on my first 2 weeks as a 6th Former;

First week:

It'a all about orientation for the first week. Plenty of activities and ice-breaking sessions were in-stored for us to familiarise us with life in Form 6. The upper-sixers/seniors were responsible for planning the orientation week. We played a game of Captain Ball which was a misture of netball and basketball on Wednesday. All lower-sixers were randomly divided into teams of 12 including a team captain. I was the captain of my team! I managed to rally my team to the quarter-finals where we lost out to the seniors. We had a lot of fun though! J

On Thursday, we had to do school services ( a.k.a. Khidmat Sekolah ). We had to clean up the school compound and paint the walls. After recess, we played a telematch till school was over. Overall, it was a tiring but enjoyable day at school. J

Friday was a relaxing day. We didn't had to clean up or play anything! We were assigned to our respective classes and form teachers. We were then given a feast by the seniors after recess. We stayed in the canteen chatting until school was over. Pretty enjoyable day IMO. J

Second week:

We officially started our studies by the second week. We were given some assignments to be done during the school holidays. Life here in Form 6 is good thus far. Hopefully it stays that way!

Well, that's all for now. Happy holidays all! Adeus!

All In A Days Work.

Thought I would post something before venturing to slumberland.

Here's a summary of the past week :

Visited the Chempaka Buddhist Lodge in Taman Mayang on Wesak Day. It was pretty crowded but I managed to find my way around the temple. After prayers, my family and I had a free vegetarian meal. Yummy! We even had a second helping! J

Went to Mid Valley to watch Starsky & Hutch with my friends ( Kian Kiat, Siu Fai , Wei Hao , Vishnu & Yoong Xiong ). The movie was really hilarious as Ben Stiller & Owen Wilson made us laugh throughout the movie. Highly recommended for those in need of a good laughter. J

Had a chat with Su Yi the other day and helped her out with her college assignments. It was something to do with Microsoft PowerPoint and pie-charts. *sighz*

Made a trip back to Seremban with my parents to visit my dear grandparents and my aunt. Haven’t seen them since Chinese New Year. Really miss them.

Been watching a lot of NBA basketball games lately. It’s playoff time and the games are a little more intense compared to the ones during the regular season. I'm also following the last few games of the English Premiership as the season draws to an end. The new season begins in August. I wished I didn't have to wait that long to watch my favourite team in action again. :(

Well, that’s all for now. Till next time,  Auf Wiedersehen.

Glory Glory Gunners!

The long wait is finally over! My favourite football team, Arsenal a.k.a. The Gunners is the CHAMPION of England. This is our second league title in 3 years. After last year's disappointment, we definitely showed great determination and character this season to take back the title from Manchester United.  We also had the great inspirtation of our team captain, Patrick Viera and the wizardry of Thiery Henry ( known as King Henry these days ) that makes us such an amazing team. Finally, the English Premiership title is coming back to trophey cabinets at Highbury! Yahoo!

This season's title proved to be one of the best because:

1. We won the title at White Hart Lane ( Our most bitter rivals ).
2. We won the title unbeaten.
3. We won the title playing some amazing football.

Here are some pictures of the newly crowned champions. Enjoy!

The deserving CHAMPIONS celebrating! :)

Victory dance!

King Henry greeting the die-hard fans. For your information, Henry landed a second consecutive Professional Footballers Association (PFA) Player of the Year award. :)

Hope you guys enjoyed the wonderful photos. Till next time, au revoir!

PC Fair.

I visited the PC Fair which was held a PWTC last week. As an ICT enthusiast, I would never give this fair a miss. Like the majority of Malaysians, I decided to attend the fair on the last day to get the best bargains and the lowest prices. It has also always been a norm for me to purchase at least something whether in terms of hardware or software and it was no different this time. I bought myself an Apple iPod which cost *coughs* RM1800. The main function of the iPod is to play MP3's. However, it can also act as an external hard drive to store data files. By the way. my iPod has a capacity of 20 gigabytes which I think is more than enough. I know you guys would probably think I'm crazy to spend that sort of money on a MP3 player but to be honest, I really don't care! The money which in my opinion, was actually very well spent. :)

Anyway, the iPod has a very futuristic look. It definitely leaves it's competitors behind with it's amazing outlook and fascinating features. Even the box looks amazingly sexy! I drool over it's sexiness ( Is this even a word?LOL ) for over 20 minutes! The iPod also has a simple interface and it's very usef-friendly. The iPod certainly cures my boredom and will now be my companion to wherever I go. :)

Well, before I sign off, I'll leave you guys with a glimpse of my new toy. Till next time, ciao! :)

A New Dawn , A New Beginning.

So I finally got this web site up & running after constant pressure from CCY. He keeps "asking" or should I say forcing me to create my very own journal. This happens daily and whenever I meet him online which makes me wonder whether he has any secret agenda going on.

Moving on with things, nothing special or significant happened today although I had quite an enjoyable outing together with my pals ( Chee Yong, Yoong Xiong, Kean Sheng, Vishnu, Wei Hao, Simon & Siu Fai ). We had a game of futsal ( indoor soccer ) at Taman Megah. It wasn't a competitive game as we didn't even keep track of the score! We just wanted to have fun and enjoy ourselves! The very best part of that game was when I was able to unleash my POWER shots at the so called "goalkeeprs", CCY & Vishnu. They looked so helpless! ;)

We then went to a cyber cafe in Taman Mayang and had a game of CS ( Counter-strike ). This time all of us had our share in "bullying" Vishnu which made him greatly frustrated! What great fun! ;) . After about an hour of "virtual" shooting and senseless fun, we all decided to call it a day and return to our cribs as it was also getting late.

Well, that's all I have to say for the first page of my journal and besides, I'm exhausted. Good night. :)
